Sales and Delivery
Event tickets and order confirmations are sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Upon successful payment, your ticket and booking confirmation will be delivered electronically to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If the email cannot be located, please contact us for assistance.
Responsibility for the ticket transfers to you upon receipt. You are responsible for verifying that the information contained in your booking confirmation and ticket is accurate and corresponds with your order.
Prices
VAT
All prices displayed by Toppen af Danmark are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, and inaccuracies appearing on our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other communications. We further reserve the right to cancel an order where a significant and/or obvious error has occurred.
Cancellation Policy
The venue and/or event location may be changed if required due to operational, safety-related, weather-related, or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control. The organiser also reserves the right to amend the event programme, schedule, participating hosts, chefs, speakers, performers, or other event elements where necessary.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, modified, or transferred to another event unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you are unable to attend the event, no refund, exchange, or credit will be provided.
If the organiser is required to cancel the event in its entirety, ticket holders will be offered either an alternative date, a comparable replacement event, or a full refund of the ticket price.
The organiser shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, personal expenses, or other consequential costs incurred in connection with the event.
Weather Conditions
Safety and suitable operating conditions are our highest priority. As a result, weather conditions may occasionally make it impossible to conduct an event as planned.
Should this occur, the organiser will contact you to arrange an alternative date or provide further information regarding the event.
If the Organiser Cancels
Toppen af Danmark and its event partners will always do their utmost to ensure that an event can take place as planned. However, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, government restrictions, or similar situations may make cancellation unavoidable.
Should this occur, you will be contacted by telephone and/or SMS, followed by email communication where possible.
If an event is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, scheduling errors, or similar reasons, the cancellation should, where possible, take place no later than five (5) days before the scheduled event date.
Regardless of when a cancellation occurs, alternative dates or replacement events will be offered where available. If no suitable alternative can be provided, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for your ticket.

Security
Through our booking software provider, Holdbar, all online payments are processed using SSL encryption technology.
When paying by credit or with debit card, your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
Customers paying by card are protected against fraudulent use in accordance with the terms and protections provided by their card issuer and applicable payment regulations.
Liability and Insurance
Participation in events and activities is at your own risk unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to attend and participate in the booked event.
Toppen af Danmark, its event partners, suppliers, venues, and contractors shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural events, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, illness, or force majeure events.
Participants are responsible for obtaining any personal travel, accident, health, or cancellation insurance they consider necessary.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Arrival Requirements
Please arrive no later than fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled start time of the event unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
Upon arrival, you may be required to present your ticket, booking confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
Failure to arrive on time may result in loss of admission without entitlement to a refund.
Personal Data
Toppen af Danmark processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect and process personal information solely for the purpose of administering bookings, delivering purchased services, communicating relevant information regarding your event, and fulfilling our legal obligations.

Booking and transaction information
We request your telephone number to provide effective customer service should unforeseen circumstances arise regarding your booking or the event itself.
Personal data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Certain accounting and transaction records may be retained for up to five (5) years in accordance with Danish bookkeeping legislation.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties except where necessary for the delivery of services, compliance with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify the event organiser or photographer upon arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, this may not always be possible in public event settings.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the purchase of tickets, attendance at an event, or the provision of services shall be subject to the exclusive authority of the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
